Our #505 donation access platform for AT&T Wireless subscribers utilizes what is called an ADC Abbreviated Dialing Code and operates much like accessing Directory Assistance at 411 and Emergency Assistance at 911. Unlike SMS (texting) ADC access results in an actual phone call to a service.

We prefer to provide individual help and info to our clients when they require it. The best way that we have found to accomplish this is to ask that all requests for help, info and support be issued via our Help and Contact Us sections.
How much will the custom app cost?
The cost of the Client-branded App is included in the Start-up fee. If client should desire to have customization features such as color scheme and layout format, additional fees will become applicable. Learn more about Custom Apps.

How does the CharityCall #505 Donation/Giving System work?
CharityCall provides wireless cell phone users the ability to issue a fixed $25.00 donation to selected charitable organizations/foundations/causes by use of an Abbreviated Dialing Code. From a wireless phone the user dials #505 to enter the CharityCall system whereby they can donate by selecting from either a category of causes or a specific client charity's 2-digit ID code. The selected cause/charity is granted a flat $25.00 donation that is to be posted to the user's next monthly wireless billing statement. Donations billed and collected from the wireless carriers are then issued to CharityCall within 60-days.
Where can I review a list of the charities included in the "Causes" categories?
You can do so by going to our Participating Charities page.
How does the #505 money get to the organization of my choice?
Donations are forwarded to charities on the 15th of each month.
My #505 donation was denied. Why?
Your wireless carrier limits users to a monthly limit of $100. for the purpose of auxiliary purchases and donations. If you have exceeded this limit within the calendar month then you may experience a denial. If this has happened please try to re-submit your donation at a later date by dialing #505 from your wireless phone.
Can I cancel a #505 donation?
You will need to first contact your wireless carrier directly. In the event that the funds have already been disbursed to the charity you specified, you will need to contact the charity directly to request a refund. CharityCall cannot guarantee that a charity will refund your donation. The decision to refund a donation is entirely at the discretion of the charity. You can locate the contact information for the subject charity by reviewing the information on our Participating Charities page.
Do charities that receive contributions through CharityCall #505 have access to donor contact information?
No. Your wireless carrier does not provide CharityCall with your contact information.
Can I get a receipt for my #505 donation?
